Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Business Finance Controller to lead project controlling across multiple countries, partnering with country finance teams and business units to optimize project profitability. You will monitor P&L, cash curves and apply IFRS 15, while guiding project directors and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to drive high performance with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to handle complex project financial matters clearly.
• Experience as Finance Business Partner in project environments preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a must for project controlling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project Controlling across the entire project scope in multiple countries.
• Coordinate with country finance teams for statutory scope and project performance.
• Support revenue recognition, margin, cash, and tax activities to improve financials.
• Provide coaching and act as Referent for junior controllers and other functions.
• Ensure IFRS15 compliance and monthly/rolling forecast deliverables.
