Job summary

Maxis is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead complex programmes, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and ensuring delivery of outcomes and benefits. You will handle governance, risk, and performance tracking in a telecoms environment.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in project management or PMO, with strong coordination and documentation skills, and a background in telecommunications deployment or operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, programme coordination or related telecommunications or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery as the primary liaison among stakeholders.
• Track vendor performance against KPIs and consolidate reports.
• Prepare documentation for MCMC claims and submissions.
• Execute procurement administration including receipts and DROs in SAP.
• Maintain programme records and audit evidence for compliance.
• Support documentation audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage performance of technical partners and smart services operators.
