You will optimise commercial outcomes, ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements, and manage risks while aligning with business objectives. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and governance to drive value and continuous improvement through technology-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of contract management experience, preferably in network/telecom.
• Solid understanding of network technologies and services.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex contractual documents for risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract governance ensuring SLAs, KPIs, regulatory compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
• Provide contractual and commercial advisory support to internal stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of best practices using technology and innovative approaches.
• Maintain contract records, reporting and governance documentation.
