Job summary

Vodafone Malaysia is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to own complex delivery programmes from opportunity through handover to business-as-usual operations. The role focuses on leadership, pragmatism, and meeting programme commitments across global teams.

The successful candidate will manage multi-tower solutions, budgets, milestones and governance, delivering value for enterprise customers while driving continuous improvement and digital-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering complex customer programmes in ICT/Telecoms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with remote stakeholders.
• Ability to lead matrix teams across locations and cultures.
• Pragmatic problem solving and issue resolution.
• Experience in highly matrixed, Agile organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme governance, budgets and milestones across multi-tower solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end E2E programme delivery meeting contractual obligations.
• Create and maintain programme plans, schedules and data in central systems.
• Develop strong customer, supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Close programmes and capture lessons for continuous improvement.
