Flex is seeking a Senior Program Administrator to join our Prai, Penang team. You will drive program planning, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.
• Strong functional, technical and people management skills and experience in customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in program planning and defining time frames, procedures, staffing and resources.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and other teams to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Drive projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure progress within budget and schedule.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive continuous improvement activities impacting project timeline, cost or production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delays.
