The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, plus strong management and customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrates functional, technical and people management skills.
• Ability to determine methods and procedures independently on new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of product development, coordinating timing and budgets.
• Define products across multiple markets and customer segments.
• Identify new product opportunities and drive core features with design engineering.
• Translate customer needs to NPI and cross-functional teams.
• Understand inter-dependencies across processes at the site.
• Develop strategic plans for site objectives; may have P&L responsibilities.
• Plan and implement major initiatives; lead program team with regular updates.
