Job summary

Flextronics in Perai, Malaysia is seeking a Program Administrator to support customer accounts and manage program plans. You will review proposals, define timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate with Program Management and Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about 7 years in manufacturing or related industries. Occasional travel, reporting, and continuous improvement duties are included along with preparing executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7 years in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong project management and customer relationship skills required.
• Ability to coordinate across Program Management, Operations and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals to define timeframe, procedures, staffing and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations to outline work plans and responsibilities.
• Drive projects with the Customer Focus Team to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Pursue continuous improvement impacting timelines, cost or production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees.
