The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to minimize disruptions and optimize throughput. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production planning or related operations, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations; high‑volume environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, MES or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, forecast and capacity.
• Align with supply planner on build plan and translate into executable manufacturing plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for capacity constraints, material shortages, or priorities.
• Ensure balanced line loading and utilization across work centers.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and manage shortages.
• Maintain optimal raw material inventory and support cycle count activities.
• Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate to improve throughput and resource allocation.
