Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as Production Planner in continuous manufacturing or chemical processing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing capabilities, mass balances, and capacity planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for multi-variable production mixes.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, data-driven scheduling in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule optimization across multiple lines daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Forecast analysis of sales forecasts, historical data, and inventory to plan production.
• Minimize changeover times and material waste through strategic sequencing.
• Coordinate with plant management, lab, and international sales to align materials with plans.
• Monitor production output against plan and adjust for maintenance or demand shifts.
• Maintain logs of production metrics, material yield, and line utilization.
