Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure schedules are feasible and aligned with capacity.
• Adjust schedules proactively based on machine breakdowns, manpower shortage, or urgent orders.
• Review material availability and generate material requisitions to avoid stock-outs.
• Work with Procurement to ensure timely arrival of raw materials, packaging, and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock balance to support continuous production.
• Analyze production performance, efficiency, and capacity utilization.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly planning reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve planning accuracy.
