Job summary

Jobylon AB in Malaysia seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of the Thermal Management materials range for electronic and semiconductor markets, including Thermasolv fluids used in immersion cooling and related applications.

You will bridge R&D, sales, and customers to ensure the portfolio remains technically competitive and profitable, lead NPI and lifecycle processes, manage pricing, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management/marketing in electronics materials or related B2B industrial markets.
• Strong analytical skills for market sizing, competitive analysis, and pricing/margin analysis.
• Experience running or contributing to a stage-gate/NPD process.
• Ability to build and communicate a prioritized product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain long-term and short-term product roadmap for the thermal management materials range.
• Identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and new product directions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate company strategy into concrete product priorities and investment decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor products, pricing, and market positioning.
• Drive the stage-gate review and commercialization process from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, on-spec launches.
• Drive cost reduction and lifecycle management across the range.
