Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of related experience in thermal design.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in thermal modeling and design validation.

Responsabilités

• Own thermal design for products from modeling to transfer to manufacturing.
• Perform thermal simulations and data analysis to verify feasibility.
• Evaluate heat transfer hardware options and costs for integration.
• Design cooling solutions including liquid and air.
• Plan work to meet schedule and requirements.
• Perform hands-on lab tests, build test stands and record data.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
