Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Sales, or related roles in electronics industries.
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, specialty chemicals, or electronic materials.
• Proven experience in product commercialization, pricing strategy, and business development.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across global organizations.
• Willingness to travel within the region to support customers and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive profitable growth through product positioning, pricing, and portfolio management.
• Monitor market trends, customer investments, industry developments, and competitive activities.
• Lead market assessments and business cases for new products and technologies.
• Establish pricing strategies balancing competitiveness with profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Service to support customers and negotiations.
• Serve as technical and commercial advisor for assigned product lines.
• Lead new product introductions and lifecycle management from concept to launch.
• Work with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Global Product Management.
• Support strategic customer projects with technical evaluations and product qualifications.
• Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
• Develop marketing materials, training programs, and customer presentations.
