Job summary

Hata seeks a Product Strategy Associate to shape the roadmap of its digital asset exchange and financial products. You will bridge macro trends, market research, and product execution, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Work with Product Managers, Compliance, and Operations to ensure offerings are competitive, commercially viable, and compliant with guidelines. Located on-site at Semantan, near major transit options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Analyst, Crypto/Market Research, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst or similar roles focused on software products or financial ops.
• Good understanding of digital assets, spot trading concepts, blockchain basics, and crypto market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and Google Suite tools.
• Ability to understand and drive both technical and financial requirements, including technology integrations and fiat payment rails.

Responsibilities

• Independent Crypto & Market Research: conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research on cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and digital asset innovations to surface actionable insights for Hata’s product roadmap.
• Competitor & Product Benchmarking: perform deep-dive analysis against leading regional and global exchanges to evaluate features, fees, UX, and token ecosystems.
• Regulatory & Macro Intelligence: track global crypto trends, macro shifts, and local regulatory developments for strategic impact on offerings and compliance.
• Market Data & Performance Analysis: analyze trading volumes, order book liquidity, user patterns, and price volatility to identify opportunities and risks.
• Cross-Functional Strategy Briefings: translate research into executive memos, whitepapers, and decks with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Portfolio & Asset Monitoring: evaluate performance, liquidity, and adoption metrics of assets listed on Hata’s exchange to inform decisions.
• Strategic Product Recommendations: formulate data-backed recommendations and business cases for new features aligned with user demand and revenue targets.
