Job summary

Hata in Malaysia is seeking a mid-to-senior level Product / Product Operations Manager to own the core financial and crypto infrastructure. You will architect the back-end value chain for wallet systems, treasury, and payment integrations, bridging blockchain tech with traditional operations.

You’ll influence strategy and drive scalable operational excellence across teams. You will lead wallet security enhancements, treasury optimization, and API-driven integrations while tracking KPIs and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for wallet infrastructure, focusing on security and scalability.
Design and optimize treasury operations and liquidity management.
Collaborate with Operations and Finance to automate reconciliation processes.
Monitor DeFi trends and identify growth opportunities for core product.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle for internal platforms (KYC/AML workflows, fiat integrations, CRM).
Automate and optimize treasury management, fund flows, and daily reconciliation of assets.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between Engineering, Design, and back-office stakeholders.
Develop and track KPIs for internal tools (SLA resolution times, false-positives in monitoring).
