Require a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields and 2–8 years of experience in financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, and capital markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for the digital asset exchange.
• Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new business initiatives and launches.
• Conduct due diligence and handle client inquiries.
• Assess and evaluate listing applications.
• Ensure smooth platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Maintain operational documentation and manuals.
• Collaborate with external partners for seamless integration.
• Partner with the technology department to resolve user issues and support product development; perform UATs and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with business departments to enhance user experience.
• Assist compliance with regulatory reporting and internal controls.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support overall business operations.
• Be a proactive team player in a lean, international team.
