Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering seeks a procurement professional to execute sourcing strategies aligned with project objectives. You will manage requisitions, supplier evaluations, and contract documentation to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with clients, project teams, and vendors to uphold standards and regulatory compliance while driving continuous SCM improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement within a related industry.
• Degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement synergized supply chain plans and procurement strategies.
• Execute procurement requisitions and purchase orders for materials to ensure timely availability and cost control.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, management, engineering, QA/QC, and vendors to deliver objectives.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and provide recommendations for supplier selection and value-for-money.
• Coordinate budgeting and utilization to keep expenses within the approved budget.
• Ensure compliance with SCM policies, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive improvement initiatives to enhance processes and safeguard supply chain integrity.
• Assist in supplier contract preparation and review through award and acceptance.
