Job summary

Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd seeks a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to coordinate end-to-end procurement for our operations. You will source suitable suppliers, manage purchase execution, and monitor cost and margin to ensure timely, compliant procurement aligned with business needs.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, QAQC and logistics to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain supplier performance records, while ensuring adherence to company policies and supplier audits as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing/procurement or trading experience.
• Experience dealing with local and overseas suppliers preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing to identify local and overseas suppliers based on technical, cost, and delivery needs.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, MOQs, lead times, pricing, and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement with operations, sales, QAQC, and logistics for timely execution.
• Maintain supplier records and support supplier audits and performance reviews.
