You will source and negotiate with suppliers, gather quotations, prepare Purchase Orders, and coordinate with internal departments on delivery schedules, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct cost analysis and price comparisons.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; familiarity with ERP/purchasing systems.
• Able to source alternatives and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
• Request, collect, and compare quotations.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders accurately and promptly.
