Job summary

Hirehub Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Procurement / Sourcing Executive to manage purchasing for sheet metal materials, standard components, machining parts, and subcontracted services within a manufacturing environment.

You will develop suppliers, monitor supplier performance, maintain BOM accuracy, track lead times and pricing, drive cost reduction, and prepare monthly procurement reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in purchasing/sourcing.
• Minimum 3 years in sheet metal or machining industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities for materials, parts, components.
• Source sheet metal materials, standard components, and machining parts.
• Ensure on-time material orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Maintain and verify BOM accuracy, lead times, and pricing.
