Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement and payables within a shared services environment.
• 12–15+ years of supervisory or management experience in the above role.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and principles and their practical application.
• Experience with external reporting requirements across local and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with procurement systems (Ariba), expense platforms (Concur) and ERP (SAP).
• Technologically proficient, with interest in AI and copilots; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Procurement Support Operations and Accounts Payable teams in daily operations and policy adherence.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to Group and Local Business Units on a timely basis.
• Review and improve BPMs to align with accounting standards and reduce risk.
• Strengthen internal controls and address gaps to improve efficiency and governance.
• Lead budgeting activities and monitor actual spend for cost optimization.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Local Business Units, Group functions, and external auditors.
