Job summary

Singtel KL is launching a Shared Services Centre and seeks a Pricing Manager to drive competitive pricing for International Data, Domestic Internet and Managed Services. You will own pricing opportunities, support sales and solution teams, and leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to strengthen pricing insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial management, finance, sales operations or business analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Strong pricing and commercial-analysis skills.
• Good financial and commercial acumen.
• Commercial negotiation and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage routine and moderately complex pricing cases, applying commercial judgement within established frameworks.
• Develop competitive and commercially sustainable pricing recommendations for International Data, Domestic Internet and Managed Services.
• Conduct solution reviews and provide guidance to Solution Managers and Sales teams on cost-effective commercial solutions.
• Ensure pricing decisions support sustainable margins and are documented within governance frameworks.
• Negotiate with partners and internal stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes while maintaining price competitiveness.
