Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) seeks a Pricing Executive to support the Sales team with competitive pricing for International Data, Domestic Internet and Managed Services. You will conduct pricing analysis, respond to quotation requests and develop recommendations that balance competitiveness with target margins.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of pricing, commercial, finance, sales operations or business analysis experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Understanding of pricing and commercial analysis.
• Good financial acumen and ability to interpret commercial information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple pricing requests and deliver within tight timelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to the telecommunications, ICT or managed-services industry.
• Commercial mindset and an understanding of margin and price competitiveness.
• Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Quotation Support and responses to Sales requests.
• Support pricing benchmarks and market competitiveness.
• Develop pricing recommendations for International Data, Domestic Internet and Managed Services.
• Ensure pricing submissions are accurate and aligned with margins.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal stakeholders for inputs and approvals.
• Escalate pricing exceptions and opportunities for review.
• Review solution components to support sustainable margins.
• Apply pricing analysis to meet customer and business requirements.
• Prepare pricing recommendations within approved guidelines.
• Maintain pricing information and supporting documentation.
