Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Tech Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President & Head of MBTMY. The role requires strategic thinking, high-level communications, and strong stakeholder management across a global network.

The successful candidate will develop leadership content, manage governance processes, and coordinate strategic projects, events, and organizational initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or comparable education).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Business Management, Executive Office, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Vice President & Head of MBTMY on organizational, business, and transformation topics.
• Support the development, refinement, and communication of MBTMY's strategic direction and priorities.
• Prepare executive briefings, strategic analyses, decision papers, and leadership recommendations.
• Coordinate leadership governance processes, reviews, and management meetings.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute MBTMY corporate events and leadership meetings.
