Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Tech Malaysia (MBTMY) seeks an Executive Assistant to the Vice President & Head, providing strategic, organizational and communications support across leadership activities in a dynamic international environment.

The role acts as the central interface between the Vice President, the leadership team, Home of Tech and Mercedes-Benz global organizations, ensuring alignment, transparency and effective execution of business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (or comparable education).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Business Management, Executive Office, Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Vice President & Head of MBTMY on organizational, business, and transformation topics (30%).
• Support the development, refinement, and communication of MBTMY's strategic direction and priorities (30%).
• Prepare executive briefings, strategic analyses, decision papers, and leadership recommendations (30%).
• Coordinate leadership governance processes, reviews, and management meetings (25%).
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries (25%).
• Track strategic initiatives, action items, risks, and dependencies (25%).
• Drive follow-up of leadership decisions and ensure accountability for agreed actions (25%).
• Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to support data-driven decision making (25%).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute MBTMY corporate events and leadership meetings (20%).
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects (20%).
• Represent the Executive Office in selected meetings and forums when delegated (20%).
• Act as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless event delivery (20%).
