Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering).
Minimum 5+ years in PMO, strategy, executive office, or corporate planning roles.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal English; ability to simplify complex topics for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Support the Vice President & Head of MBTMY on strategic, organizational, and transformation initiatives.
Prepare strategic analyses, executive briefings, decision papers, and leadership recommendations.
Coordinate strategic programs and governance processes; track progress and accountability.
Develop executive communications and leadership narratives for internal and external audiences.
