Job summary

JESS Technology Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Senior Executive, Project Management Office to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our senior leadership team. This full-time role focuses on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You will assist the MD, manage priorities, and coordinate cross-functional projects across HR, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, HR coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills using Google Sheets, Excel, and Docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the MD, including documentation and follow-ups.
• Track and follow through on CEO priorities, action items, and decisions across teams.
• Support cross-functional projects across HR, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing; coordinate updates and timelines.
• Handle hands-on administrative work, data tracking, reporting, and scheduling.
