Job summary

SILVERLAKE in Malaysia is seeking an IT PMO Executive to support the Project Manager and project team, tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication toward the project goal.

You will provide timely project reporting, including status, issues, risks and budget, organize and attend meetings, take minutes, maintain the project repository, and support PMO processes and PMT system improvements.

Job description

To support the Project Manager and project team to keep track on the project progress and status.

Coordinate project with relevant project stakeholders, ensure proper communication, close gaps between team member, directing team members toward the project goal.

Provide timely project reporting to Project Manager and Management, including project status, issues, risks, and budget.

Organizing and attend project meeting, taking meeting minutes and maintain project repository for auditing purposes.

Support the internal PMO processes, tools and workflows, and update Project Management Touchpoint (PMT) system and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.

Support and assist in other ad hoc tasks, duties, projects, and activities as assigned by the Management.
