You will steer cross-functional projects, align with the bank’s strategic vision, and drive execution, governance, and reporting across Malaysia and Group levels.

The role requires 8+ years in project management or strategy, with strong coordination across people, processes and technology and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management and/or business strategy development experience.
• Experience in organization transformation across people, process, technology.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management, and resource planning.
• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence decisions and resolve conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects with cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization.
• Manage project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting.
• Track project financials and budgets for adherence.
• Ensure cross-project dependencies and risks are managed.
• Prepare regular project status reporting for management, including steering committee updates.
