Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years IT experience in financial institution environments.
• Experience with management accounting and profitability reporting.
• Regulatory reporting experience.
• Strong data mapping and data sourcing from data warehouse.
• Good understanding of SDLC and requirement analysis.
• Ability to learn quickly, stay adaptable in a fast-paced organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to network and influence across distributed teams.
• Knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IT projects and production fixes for management accounting and profitability reporting.
• Lead team members and external vendors to deliver IT solutions.
• Analyze user requirements, scope projects, and build consensus.
• Design functional specifications and data sourcing approaches.
• Create project plans, release control, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Prepare UAT, test environments, and support functional testing.
• Ensure end-user satisfaction and alignment with SLAs.
• Coach team members to build high performance.
