You will drive sourcing innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee relationships with external agencies to attract top talent across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for leadership roles.
• 10–15 years in talent acquisition with 5+ years in leadership.
