Role's Summary : Lead and oversee a specific division within UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

What you are expected to do ( Responsbilities )

• Manage divisional budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other UOB entities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare and present regular reports on divisional performance, progress, and challenges to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
