Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Mathematics preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in performance management, operations strategy, analytics or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing environments and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define, control & drive performance metrics across functions: Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide end-to-end visibility for top management and operations teams.
• Drill down analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and risks.
• Track project progress and report risks to ensure timely launches.
• Prepare materials tailored to audience level (sales, operations, management).
