Job summary

Qualifications

University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Mathematics preferred.
Typically 5+ years of experience in performance management, operations strategy, analytics or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing environments and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

Define, control & drive performance metrics across functions: Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations.
Build dashboards and reports to provide end-to-end visibility for top management and operations teams.
Drill down analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and risks.
Track project progress and report risks to ensure timely launches.
Prepare materials tailored to audience level (sales, operations, management).
