Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Manager - Personal Financial Services (Strategic Partnerships Developer Management) in Malaysia to identify opportunities in under-construction projects and manage partnerships with panel developers. You will coordinate with sales, credit, and mortgage teams to streamline end-finance facilities and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities through empanel under-constructions project(s).
• Initiate meetings with Developers to discuss End Finance Facility requirements for a particular project.
• Initiate Developer Review meetings for account planning or joint campaigns.
• Conduct annual review on Developer’s Tiering with PF-CED.
• Maintain good business relationships with panel developers and address their requests.
• Assist sales channels to tie up projects, resolve issues related to Letters of Undertakings, project loan drawdown matters, and enhance business relationships with developers.
• Work closely with Credit Evaluation Department to obtain project approval, propose increase EF limit or submit Appeals as necessary.
• Assist mortgage centers to conduct site visits or inquiries on matters related to project end-finance by Bank upon request.
• Ensure all end financing processes and activities adhere to regulatory policies and guidelines.
• Represent Hong Leong Bank in the primary property market through: a) Relationship building with panel developers; b) Empanel developer’s projects to grow under-construction mortgage business.
