Job summary

VT Markets is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new leads, expand a broker and partner portfolio, and deepen relationships with Introducing Brokers and Partners. You will collaborate with regional marketing and client relations teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will leverage CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to build pipelines, presentations, and sales strategies while maintaining a strong network across CFD markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CFD business development
• Experience with IBs and partners
• CRM tools experience
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Responsibilities

• Originate business leads and identify expansion opportunities
• Maintain and expand relationships with Introducing Brokers and Partners
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct periodic competitor analysis to identify market opportunities
• Serve as primary contact for partner issues and coordinate with internal teams
