Job summary

Lazada Group Malaysia is looking for a Partnerships Manager to establish strong relationships with Lazada’s partners, and support their activities on our platform.

You will support partners in store launches, sales campaigns and brand events, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure win-win outcomes for Lazada and sellers.

The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and excellent communication, negotiation and planning skills to drive growth and platform success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in a multinational or technology company; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and proven talent in stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of high-level negotiations and strong relationship management.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel)

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with Lazada’s partners and support their activities on our platform.
• Support partners in store launches, sales campaigns and brand events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate support in supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure win-win outcomes for Lazada and sellers.
• Pitch promotional tools for the platform to help sellers increase traffic and sales.
