Job summary

Build relationships, optimize assortment and pricing, and collaborate with internal teams on growth campaigns. Strong communication and data-driven problem solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel (PivotTable & VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• 1–3 years in account management or customer service, e‑commerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with sellers to negotiate promotions and strategies.
• Ensure competitive assortment and best prices with competitive intelligence.
• Support cross-functional growth campaigns and traffic initiatives.
• Maintain seller service standards per Lazada guidelines.
