The ideal candidate combines strong communication, closing skills, and resilience, with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin being an asset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and closing ability; confident in persuading and influencing others.
• Outgoing, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Able to identify selling points and communicate product value convincingly.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Positive mindset, self-motivated, and resilient when facing rejection or challenges.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management is an advantage.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
