Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Success Manager, Partners to act as the technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic APJ partners.

You will onboard, drive adoption, manage escalations, and own partner health across a broad portfolio while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to push for scalable improvements. You will create enablement content, run technical webinars, and analyze partner feedback to shape product and security guidance while traveling within the

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• 3+ years in a technical, partner, or customer-facing role in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing a named partner/customer book and scaling impact through programs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partner relationships and health across APJ partners.
• Guide onboarding and adoption with Partner Accounts Managers.
• Lead regular business reviews and align on technical priorities.
• Scale partner programs with automation and digital channels.
• Develop scalable enablement content and best practices.
• Deliver technical webinars for stakeholders and partners.
