Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Partner Engineering professional to bridge external developer partners with internal platform infrastructure. You will guide onboarding, enable API integration, and provide end-to-end technical support across Mandarin and English contexts.

Responsibilities include environment validation, architecture checks, and troubleshooting across sandbox and production phases, with a strong emphasis on documentation and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Partner Engineering, Technical Solutions, Solutions Architecture, API Integration Engineering, or L2/L3 Developer Support.
• Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, RPC/gRPC architectures, HTTP status codes, JSON payload inspection, and OAuth2.0 server-to-server workflows.
• Proficient in SQL for backend logs, event tables, and reporting discrepancies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure), IAM permissions, and service account configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication; able to lead technical meetings with external developers.
• C1-level proficiency in Mandarin and English; able to operate during China business hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner Technical Onboarding & Integration: guide partners through onboarding, provisioning credentials, and production launch milestones.
• Technical Enablement & Environment Configuration: validate partner cloud environment, IAM policies, service accounts, and sandbox access.
• Technical Consultation & Alignment: lead kickoff meetings and architecture check-ins with external engineers and product managers.
• Pre-Launch Audits & Data Validation: review partner questionnaires, audit workflows, validate payloads, and ensure API policy compliance.
• Reactive Technical Support & Troubleshooting: manage queues, meet SLA targets, troubleshoot OAuth2.0 flows and API anomalies across environments.
• Log Analysis & Data Diagnostics: query backend logs with SQL to investigate discrepancies and platform metrics.
• Reproduction & Escalation: reproduce API requests to isolate defects and prepare bug reports for engineering
• Operational Quality & Documentation: maintain ticket quality and update partner-facing FAQs and guides.
