Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of training and/or human resources experience, including broad-based management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop relevant training programs based on renowned approach or methodology.
• Develop and conduct evaluation of training performance and manage follow-up action plans.
• Advise management on related training and development to meet local needs.
• Implement HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
