Flex is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs in Penang. You will work with managers and supervisors to identify needs, design relevant programs, and ensure skills transfer to daily work.

Manage budgets, develop training materials, and coordinate external resources to continuously improve training systems and employee capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in training or HR with supervision.
• MBA preferred.
