Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager of Mobility Ecosystem to build and manage strategic partnerships across Parking and Mobility sectors. The role focuses on partner acquisition, joint campaigns, and performance monitoring to drive business growth.

You will coordinate with internal marketing and growth teams, supervise project execution, and handle budgets and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in related fields are required, with travel willingness and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/Management/Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in business/product/brand management, preferably in Transport/OTA industries.
• Strong knowledge of parking business, partnership marketing, affiliate marketing and co-branding.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new/potential partners and develop relationships across Parking & Mobility Ecosystem Unit.
• Identify business opportunities with partners and devise marketing strategies aligned with goals.
• Manage key partner relationships and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Oversee multiple partnerships/projects from ideation to execution.
• Guide and motivate team members and manage mobility budgets.
• Prepare partnership reports including market comparisons and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
• Lead end-to-end partnership accountability including operations and planning.
• Work with marketing/growth teams on campaigns and awareness programs.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments proposed by Head of Division/Department.
