Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager, Marketplace in Kuala Lumpur to lead merchant onboarding and drive marketplace growth across multiple industries. The role requires building strategic partnerships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights to inform product and campaign strategy.

You will oversee merchant relationships, campaign execution, and performance forecasting, with a focus on expanding the digital voucher ecosystem in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field.
• 4+ years of working experience.
• Experience in marketing, business development, fintech and/or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong leadership, team player, and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants and brands to grow the digital voucher ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across industries to drive platform growth.
• Drive sales of digital vouchers through partnerships, campaigns, and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and finance for seamless onboarding and campaigns.
• Gather insights to influence product improvements and merchant offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular forecasts and business insights to support strategy.
