Job summary

Stryker is seeking a marketing professional to develop strategy and marketing plans, gather regional insights, and enable sales teams. The role collaborates with stakeholders, manages events, and ensures compliance across interdivisional processes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in marketing/sales, with strong presentation and analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Experience using big picture marketing framework for new product launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Developing the Strategy and Marketing Plan: offers field insights during the development of key strategy documents (strategic plan, annual marketing plan, new product launch plans) using the big picture marketing framework.
• Regional Marketing Insights and Objectives: develop knowledge of market and industry; gather segmentation and value proposition data to generate Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales on products, services and market trends.
• Sales Enablement and Collaboration: develop knowledge of features and benefits of all divisions’ products; gather information for documents to support local/regional sales teams.
• Medical Education collaboration: collaborate with key stakeholders and KOL management; communicate program logistics.
• Organizational Capabilities: initiates/creates work group(s).
• Project Management: coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment and receipt of equipment; order disposable products for shows, labs, and educational events; maintain inventory and forecasting; coordinate delivery, removal and safe disposal; ensure compliance and complete necessary paperwork; source venues and manage event logistics.
