Stryker Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to support regional initiatives across marketing, sales enablement, and professional education. You will help develop strategic plans, gather market insights, and coordinate educational programs that drive engagement and business objectives.

The role involves creating sales support materials, managing event logistics for training and demonstrations, and ensuring compliance documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles.
• Experience supporting product launches using a structured marketing framework.
• Experience managing multiple projects with defined timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working within regulated processes, policies, or compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Support the development of strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and new product launch activities by providing market and field insights.
• Collect and analyze customer, market, and competitive information to support customer segmentation, value proposition development, and market trend analysis.
• Develop sales support materials, including presentations, proposals, product guides, and communication tools for regional and local sales teams.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing messaging and content that supports commercial objectives and customer engagement.
• Coordinate medical education programs, including scheduling, logistics, equipment management, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage inventory forecasting, ordering, shipment, servicing, and return of products and equipment used for training events and demonstrations.
• Ensure completion of all compliance documentation and administrative requirements related to educational programs, grants, and donations.
• Organize event logistics, including venue sourcing, contracts, transportation arrangements, catering, audiovisual requirements, faculty support, and agenda distribution.
