Job summary

SOLS Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, sourcing, purchasing, storage and allocation. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape procurement strategy, supplier relationships and cost management while building a high-performing SCM team.

Your role requires English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu fluency, 8+ years in SCM with leadership experience, and proven negotiation skills across local and import sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in supply chain, procurement or logistics.
• Proven track record negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L impact understanding.
• Experience designing and enforcing SOPs and approvals in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership with team development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy including planning, sourcing, purchasing, storage, movement and allocation.
• Lead supplier selection and negotiations, focusing on total cost and risk.
• Forecast demand and manage stock levels to align with installations.
• Drive cost-down, risk-reduction and compliance initiatives across the function.
• Develop and coach the SCM team for independence and high execution quality.
• Align procurement and stock plans with cross-functional teams and report to CEO.
