Job summary

TE Connectivity in Malaysia seeks an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure 100% stock accuracy, and maintain SOP compliance. You will manage inbound/outbound flow, stock, and 5S practices while coordinating audits and cost analyses.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in Malaysian logistics, SAP and Excel proficiency, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication. This role offers a stable, hands-on leadership position in a dynamic supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in logistics, supply chain, international trade or related majors.
• 6-8 years of local logistics experience in Malaysia, familiar with warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Malaysia customs policy, tariff rules, and clearance risks.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with SAP and advanced Excel data analysis.
• Strong cost and compliance awareness; able to handle pressure.
• EHS knowledge and experience in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound control and stock taking to ensure accuracy.
• Standardize warehouse SOPs and control goods damage, loss, and slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor all materials/finish goods receiving/distributing/storing activities and ensure timely production support.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead logistics team, schedule daily work, assess performance, and train staff.
• Provide monthly logistics reports, cost analysis, delivery rate, and inventory data for management review.
• Monitor SAP WM module operations and ensure transaction accuracy in system.
• Oversee scrap material handling to ensure recalls and sales stay controlled.
