Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and domestic/international freight. You will drive material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lead cross-functional teams toward KPI targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and 7–10 years in logistics or supply chain roles, plus ERP/WMS proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in import/export documentation and customs processes.
• Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or electronics environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring safe space utilization.
• Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labeling, and customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records.
• Manage domestic and international freight movements, including shipment scheduling and route planning.
• Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
