Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on Klang Valley office buildings to monitor rents, occupancy, and competitor developments.
• Handle leasing enquiries from real estate agents and prospective tenants.
• Prepare tenancy-related documents (offer letters, tenancy and renewal agreements).
• Liaise with solicitors on stamping tenancy, renewal, and license agreements.
• Assist Leasing Manager with annual tenant surveys and tenant engagement events.
• Update Tenant Management System with rental rates, company name changes, renewals, and terminations.
• Process Quit Rent rebate claims from the authorities.
• Assist in updating monthly leasing reports and budgets.
• Proactively source new leads via portals, networking, cold calls, and agent collaboration.
• Negotiate commercial lease terms and clauses; review tenancy agreements.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently with guidance as needed.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and stay results-oriented to meet leasing targets.
